We’re not here to teach you how to use social media better.

What if we didn’t use it at all?

The Reset Project is a cultural conversation about what happens when we question our relationship with social media (instead of simply trying to optimize it).

We talk about deletion, identity, attention, comparison, consumption, loneliness, relationships, mental health, and what it means to grow up online.

The answer is not better social media.
It's less social media.

THE UNCOMFORTABLE QUESTIONS

What if social media isn't neutral?
What if the platforms aren't simply tools we need to learn how to use responsibly?

What if “balance” isn't possible for everyone?
What if the healthiest relationship with social media is no relationship at all?

What happens to your identity when nobody is watching?
Who are you when there is no profile to maintain, audience to impress, or algorithm to satisfy?

How much of your life are you willing to trade for being online?
Your attention. Your privacy. Your money. Your body image. Your relationships. Your sense of self.

What if deleting your account isn't giving something up?
What if it's getting something back?

THEN: RESET.
